We’re looking for a passionate early-talent specialist who can build strong talent pipelines, deliver exceptional candidate experiences and represent Origin with authenticity and purpose.  

 

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Designing and delivering standout early-talent recruitment programs, graduates, trainees, apprentices and young professionals. 

  • Creating inclusive attraction strategies with a strong focus on women in STEM, leadership and First Nations employment pathways. 

  • Running assessment centres, interviews and selection processes that deliver an exceptional candidate experience. 

  • Building strong partnerships with universities, community groups, industry bodies and internal leaders. 

 
 
 

 

What will you bring?  

You are known as an expert in Early Talent and your previous experience in large purpose lead organisations has confirmed you are good at this role!  Your energy, creativity and relationship build capabilities and skills combined with your collaborative partnership approach to P&C peers and broad stakeholders are marks of your success.

 

Your tool kit includes; 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 

  • Highly skilled in early careers marketing and channels 

  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve recruitment outcomes. 

  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple programs and timelines. 

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or similar (desirable).
