About the Role

Are you a commercially minded relationship professional looking for a role where you can build lasting customer partnerships, drive business growth and make a meaningful impact in Australia's energy transition?

Join Origin's Centralised Energy Services (CES) team and help deliver smarter energy solutions for residential communities across Brisbane. As a Client Relationship Manager, Embedded Networks, you'll own and grow strategic relationships with Owners Corporations, strata managers and facility managers while identifying opportunities to expand our Embedded Networks business.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll manage an established portfolio, become a trusted adviser to customers and play a key role in strengthening Origin's presence in this growing market.

This is a full-time hybrid role, combining home, office and regular travel across Brisbane. A fully maintained company vehicle is provided.

How you'll make an impact

• Ensure seamless contract management and renewal processes for existing sites. 
• Facilitate the acquisition of new embedded networks to expand our market presence. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OC/Strata managers and facility managers. 
• Provide proactive advice and support on energy contracts and efficiency to Owners Corporations. 
• Contribute to the growth and success of Origin Energy in the competitive energy industry. 

What you'll bring  

You're an experienced relationship manager who enjoys building partnerships, understanding customer needs and creating value.

You'll bring:

• Experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development or B2B Sales.
• Experience in energy, utilities, property, facilities management, building services, telecommunications or a similar commercial environment will be highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with a range of customers and decision-makers.
• Commercial acumen and experience managing customer contracts or service agreements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• A current driver's licence and flexibility to attend occasional after-hours meetings and events.
