The Role

Integrated Gas is currently undertaking multiple change programs as it transitions from project to operational improvements and stabilisation. As a result, IG has a number of improvement programs and teams who require the support of experienced change managers to ensure the right roll out approach is provided to impacted audiences to ensure that the changes are embedded and sustained to ensure the forecasted value is achieved.

We require an experienced Change Manager to implement IG's new ways of working. This role supports both formally and informally, the delivery of change projects across Integrated Gas to ensure the benefit associated with the change is received.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure broad stakeholder group is engaged and maintained to help identify when change support is required
  • Consolidate change impacts and proposed mitigations from each stream to provide an Integrated Gas wide view of the change
  • Supply ongoing change management support to ensure that change is embedded and sustained

Is This You?

You'll need to be flexible, focussed on quality and detail, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You'll also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as such as Human Resources; Organisational Change Management; Communications or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in working on large scale change programs and implementing organisational wide change
  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Experience in delivering large scale cultural change across organisations
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Interpersonal effectiveness across cultures and levels
