About the Role


The Advisor – HSE Data, Performance and Insights supports business decision-making by managing and analysing HSE data to provide actionable insights. You will maintain high-quality data, monitor performance metrics, and produce reports and dashboards that drive continuous improvement and a strong HSE culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, maintain, and analyse HSE data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making and HSE initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and HSE teams to enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualisation tools.
  • Streamline data collection, reporting processes, and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to stakeholders on data interpretation and HSE performance metrics.

 

About You

You are a proactive and analytical professional with experience in HSE, risk, or business performance data analysis. You are comfortable working independently or collaboratively to deliver high-quality insights that influence decision-making. You thrive on improving processes, supporting stakeholders, and contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.


You will have:

  • Proven experience in HSE, risk, or business data analysis, ideally in energy, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar data tools.
  • Knowledge of HSE systems, performance frameworks, and statistical analysis methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Tertiary qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
