About the Role:
As an Account Manager – Qld Owners Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new Embedded Network opportunities from existing clients in our Qld portfolio and will manage a portfolio of Origin’s Centralised Energy Services Owners Corporation of Strata buildings. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this position requires a proactive and strategic approach to maintain and enhance relationships, drive efficiencies and facilitate business growth.
Please note this is a full-time position with a hybrid of online, in office and field-based meetings and events to attend across Qld. A Job facility vehicle will be included.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless contract management and renewal processes for existing sites.
- Facilitate the acquisition of new embedded networks to expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OC/Strata managers and facility managers.
- Provide proactive advice and support on energy contracts and efficiency to Owners Corporations.
- Contribute to the growth and success of Origin Energy in the competitive energy industry.
About You:
- Similar experience in an Account Management or Sales role ideally in Energy, Utilities Solar, Building Management or Telecommunications
- Proficiency in information systems and contract management
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proven time management and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to attend after-hours meetings as required.
