About the role

In this role, you’ll own the end‑to‑end performance of a high‑growth aggregation business, focused on maximising environmental certificate creation across renewable and energy efficiency products. You’ll blend strategy, analytics and stakeholder engagement to scale new market opportunities and continuously evolve the product and platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the aggregation business, delivering strong commercial and P&L outcomes
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans across the residential and commercial sector
• Lead new market entry and aggregator models across certificate schemes (VEECs, ESC, PRDS)
• Partner with offshore development and operations teams to enhance the platform and processes
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends to inform product and pricing strategy

What will you bring

• Experience in product development within environmental or energy markets
• Strong knowledge of certificate trading schemes and renewable energy products
• Sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills with proven commercial acumen
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into value‑adding solutions
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
