About the role

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, driven and curious P&C Advisor ready to learn, grow and make an impact. You’ll work alongside experienced Business Partners, gaining exposure to a wide variety of HR activities in an exciting and evolving sector that’s critical to Australia’s energy transition.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Business Partners with operational people activities — from organisational changes to employment lifecycle actions.
- Help deliver key P&C calendar activities like performance and remuneration cycles.
- Provide frontline support to people leaders on low-risk employee matters.
- Assist in creating toolkits, guides, and reporting dashboards that empower leaders and drive great outcomes.
- Contribute to exciting projects and enterprise-wide initiatives that support our people and culture strategy.

- Degree in Business, HR, Law, or a related discipline.
- HR exposure or corporate administration experience (internships, graduate roles, or similar).
