About the Role

The Solutions Sales Manager plays a key role in driving growth for Centralised Energy Services (CES) across high-density residential and commercial markets.This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and managing the full sales lifecycle — from solution design through to contract execution and handover.You’ll operate in a commercially focused environment, balancing sales delivery with technical and financial understanding of solutions.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across high-density residential markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, consultants and Owners Corporations
  • Develop and deliver against a clear sales plan to achieve targets
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including quoting, negotiations and contract execution
  • Develop technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
  • Ensure solutions are commercially sound and meet customer needs
  • Complete project financial analysis, support approval processes and report on sales performance
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the full sales and project lifecycle

 

About You

 

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, utilities or technical productsStrong commercial acumen with experience developing proposals and business cases
  • Ability to build and manage relationships across a range of stakeholders
  • Confident in negotiating and influencing outcomes
  • Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
