About the role:
This is a 3 month contract opportunity within our Sales team, which is the first point of contact for inbound inquiries from existing and prospective customers. The team supports Acquisition, Retention, and Moving Home activities across our Consumer segments, while also engaging customers through outbound calls to acquire, retain, and win back their business.
In this role, you’ll use your exceptional communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and product knowledge to manage objections, promote value, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will:
- Welcome new customers and provide tailored support to meet their current and future needs.
- Identify opportunities to grow Origin’s customer base by acquiring new accounts, retaining existing customers, cross-selling on current fuels, and renewing contracts.
- Foster strong relationships one conversation at a time by delivering exceptional service.
- Identify and secure opportunities through effective communication and cross-selling.
- Contribute to a well-managed, efficient, and customer-focused operation.
- Help create an environment where colleagues feel connected, valued, and empowered to grow their careers.
