About the role
Are you quick on the keyboard and great at crafting clear, friendly messages? As a Digital Customer Service Consultant, you’ll support customers through written channels such as email, web enquiries and messaging platforms. You’ll interpret customer needs, provide accurate and timely information, and resolve issues with a helpful, human tone—all while delivering a smooth, seamless digital experience.

What you will bring
- Experience in customer service, ideally in digital or written communication roles
- Strong written communication skills—clear, concise, grammatically sharp and customer‑friendly
- Ability to interpret customer enquiries quickly and respond with tailored, solution‑focused messages
- Confidence in handling objections and complex questions through written channels
- A results‑driven, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
