About the role:

Love solving problems and making someone’s day? As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming voice our LPG customers rely on—handling delivery questions, account enquiries and everything in between. With sharp questioning skills, you’ll get to the heart of customer needs and deliver fast, accurate, first‑call solutions.

  • Being adept at a variety of services including but not limited to: Placing gas orders, Assisting customers with delivery information, Billing + Collections, Payments, Cross selling Origin products

  • Strong questioning skills and the ability to navigate objections smoothly
